DMD Lands Exclusive State Contract

Mon, July 17, 2006 (Lexington, KY) A reputation for being able to “deliver on their promise” has landed DMD Data Systems a Kentucky state contract to be the sole provider of IBM storage hardware for up to six years. DMD Data will be the sole source of IBM storage products to state agencies during the contract period.
This is the first time it has been awarded to a business partner, having been held by IBM for over 20 years. Says DMD Data Systems President Dave Sevigny, “For us to win this contract, we had to demonstrate strong solution knowledge, aggressive pricing and a willingness to meet the customer’s needs.”
