To ease strain on your neck and eyes, make sure your monitor is at or slightly below eye level and take frequent opportunities to refocus your eyes on objects across the room. Persistent eyestrain and headaches may be a sign that you need corrective lenses - have your eyes checked by an optometrist each year.
