Keep a stress journal to pinpoint times of your day that are most stressful, and try to deal systematically with the events at those times. For example, being realistic about travel times and the amount of time it will take to finish projects will allow you to better plan your day. You won’t get more done, but if you reduce your habit of overpromising to yourself and others, you will experience less stress.
