What’s that big spot on your shirt?  April Fools!  Seriously, though – researchers at the Loma Linda University Medical Center have proven that regular bouts of hearty laughter reduce stress hormones and increases T-cells in the bloodstream.  Laughter is also a form of exercise – it gets the heart rate up and exercises muscles in the face and abs.  For good health, be sure to laugh every day.  Not convinced?  Watch this video.
